Replacement REDGUM Dual Mono remote control
As well as Black Series amplifiers, this Dual Mono remote will control the REDGUM Amplifolia Amplifier range and/or the REDGUM Remote Control CD Players.
As each product is packed with two remotes, we recommend setting the spare safely aside just in case the dog eats your first one.
REDGUM Android App – Dual Mono Remote Control
A free download – creating the perfect alternative to your Dual Mono Remote Control handset.
If your Android phone has an Infrared Blaster, and you own a remote-controlled REDGUM (Black Series or Amplifolia) amplifier with the standard “credit card” handset, then download this free App so either phone or handset can act as your remote at any time.
Available from Play Store. Type in “redgum” and it is yours to download, free.
REDGUM Dual Mono Remote Control
The world’s only Dual Mono Remote Control
Your new REDGUM Stereo Amplifier will have this unique Dual Mono Remote Control fitted at the time of construction … unless your Inner Purist prefers to manually adjust the Dual Mono volumes. In that case, just let us know that a manual Dual Mono version is preferred.
And it really is just what the family expected! This Remote Control operates like any normal “Vol Up/Down” remote control, as well as giving you full control over both Dual Mono volume controls, if and when you choose. In the meantime, you will give no thought to the fact that it is actually operating 2 separate/Dual Mono amplifiers!
Time to fully express all that glorious imaging that has lain dormant in your music. Till now!
(Released in 2007, retro-fitting to some earlier models is possible, for an additional cost.)
REDGUM RGCD5ENR CD Player & RGDAC5
Now SUPERCEDED.
But if History is your thing, read on because the Signature Series RGCD5ENR and its DAC, the RGDAC5, were first released in 1998. In fact, to be more accurate, how they have evolved into the RGDAC8 actually started back in 1997 with what was known as the “Ugly DAC-ling”. (This was due to its lack of a drive so it had to be given its ‘5’ a little later.)
Looking back to the story that continued on into 2019 …
REDGUM RGCD2 CD Player & RGDAC2

But if History is your thing, read on because the RGCD2 and its DAC, the RGDAC2, were first released in 2001. In fact, to be more accurate, how they have evolved into the RGDAC8 actually started back in 1997.
